Real estate sales in Lely Resort dipped by 30 % in March 2018 compared to March 2017.
Twenty-three properties changed hands from 03/01/2018 through 03/30/2018, down from thirty-three
sales for the same time frame in 2017. The average days on market decreased from 246 to 211 days.
Sales prices were an average of 93% of asking price, it was 92% in March 2017.
Total sales for the first quarter look much better though. Year-over-year sales declined by 6 % for the
first three months of 2018. There were sixty-four sales in Lely Resort from 1/1/2017 through 3/30/2017.
It was sixty sales for the first three months in 2018.

The decrease in sales may be due to a decrease in available listings for sale. Lely Resort listings declined
by 10% for the month of March, down from 330 listings in 2017 to 299 listings in 2018.
Sellers put up thirty-six new listings in March, ranging in price from $239,000 to $1,849,000.
In March 40 listings went under contract in Lely Resort. Twenty-two of the pending listings went pending
in less than 100 days.
The highest numbers of Lely Resort real estate sales were in Lakoya, Olé and Players Cove.
Lakoya is the Lely Resort single-family home subdivision with most pending sales (7 pending sales) and
the highest priced listing currently pending. Lakoya is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Lely
Resort and offers the newest Lely Resort houses. Lely Resort buyers’ appetite for newer and more
expensive homes mirrors the overall trend in Naples. Pending sales in Naples for properties priced from
$1 to $2 million increased by 24% for February 2018 compared to February 2017.

Olé had five closed and five pending sales in March 2018. Olé is a unique subdivision of townhouses and
casitas with up to 2,100 Square Feet living area and a price range of up to around $400,000. The
neighborhood has its own amenity complex with a resort-style pool, gym, movie theater, bistro and ice
cream shop.
The best-selling Lely Resort condominiums were the luxury condos at Players Cove. These condos range
from 2,100 to almost 2,800 Square Feet living area with modern building features like impact windows.
There were three pending sales in Players Cove and three closed sales in March.

Lely Resort encompasses over 2,500 acres and includes upwards of 4,000 properties. Lely Resort real
estate for sale includes every property type from condos with carports to coach homes with two-car
garages, attached villas, single-family homes and estate size residences.
Lely Resort is a large development in Southeast Naples. The community has over forty neighborhoods
and great amenities that offer everything for an active lifestyle. The Players Club is one of the most
awarded clubs in Naples and offers two lagoon-style pools, a Junior Olympic pool and toddler splash
pool. There is a gym with over 6,000 Square Feet, featuring free weights and the latest in aerobic and
weight lifting equipment. Thirteen tennis courts, pickle-ball and basket-ball courts, bocce and even a
movie theater are available at the Players Club. Lely Resort has also 36 holes of golf, on two public golf
courses and one private course.
