Land Survey Toronto, Property Land Survey
A surveyors real property report (SRPR) is an up to date plan
of survey showing the location of the property lines,
dimensions and setbacks of various buildings and structures.
This type of plan also illustrates the location of any registered
easements on the subject and adjoining properties. An SRPR
is one of the most important documents for homeowners
and potential purchasers during Real Estate transactions.

measured lengths and areas of the floor
space for leasing purposes and is used to

ALTA Survey

An ALTA Survey can be compared to a combined full
boundary and topographic survey along with all
planning data. Specifically, an ALTA survey will meet all

standards

Comparable to an SRPR, ALTA surveys show everything
within five feet of the boundary lines including fences,
walkways, driveways and will illustrate any easements,
rights-of-ways, encroachments and any other elements
that may affect the property. In some real estatetransactions Lenders may require an ALTA survey before
they will lend money and/or Title Insurance Companies
may require an ALTA survey before they will issue title
