Position: Retail & Foodservice Growth Manager
Lead offline growth of our bagged tea in retail and foodservice channels.
Retail Management Expectations
●
Develop and execute promotional programs and activities with our 2,000+ stores and build
meaningful relationships with buyers, retail teams, and distributors
● Identify new areas of retail growth and travel as needed to meetings, trade shows, and events
Foodservice Management Expectations
●

Grow distributor orders by getting Zest into offices and their foodservice providers
Support current office coffee service providers with samples, key account meetings, etc
Requirements:
● 2+ years experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or small business
● BA/BS degree from a credible university
● Strong project management skills
● Analytical skills (like data modeling) and business insight
● A sh*t ton of hustle
