As we all know that in workplaces there are different types of dress codes which
employees have to follow. Keep in mind that dress codes can vary depending upon
the type of work you are doing. Just like if you are doing any type of white collar job,
then you have to follow some decent dress code. While on the other hand, workers
who are working on some construction site will be following any type of safety dress
codes. Or else your employer will guide you about the dress code that you have to
wear. According to the health and safety prospective. Here in this article we are
discussing about policies or rules or regulations that you have to follow while
deciding the workplace dress code.

As we all know that it is very important that people follow the dress code which
have been decided by employers. As it will help them to stay safe and secured while

tips that employers have to follow while deciding the dress code for their

for casual dress that will help employees to feel safe, secure and even comfortable.
In this way they will prefer to follow dress code while working in the organization
without having any type of hesitation.

Exceptions to the rule:
Keep in mind that there are certain times when employees can wear a different
dress and at that time employers will never stop them. These occasions could be
times when people will prefer to wear dresses that will allow them to support any

type of charity event or promotions. So in these situations, employees have an
exemption on not following the dress code from employers. And they will not be
scolded for not following dress code.
