THE CLIENT
Our client is a video production agency who create explainer
videos for startup businesses, agencies, and established
companies. They're good at what they do, but they want to
work on explaining their service and product to new
customers as well as existing customers. Doing this will
increase the conversions from the visitors to their website to
profit, but there's a problem.
Their website doesn't have any branding that would catch the
attention of the intended audience.
Their website tone is robotic instead of filled with emotion
and zest.
The information on their site is not optimized in the right way,
which makes it challenging to navigate, with poor UX and UI
and their visitors get bored instead of interested.
Their audience doesn't feel engaged or inspired when they
visit their site - need we go on?

Our client needs a premium web design for their
identity; a face, a personality.
They need to build their online presence to grab that
audience by the shoulders and let them know that
they are there - but they're not doing it right now.

THE DIAGNOSIS
The next stage of the Marketing Triage process is in the diagnosis,
and here's where we came in to help to narrow down where our
client is going wrong.
We helped them to identify their short-comings and fix the issues
their site is having to increase their conversion rate. Knowing the
problem and learning more about them as a client helped us to
shape diagnosing where they are going wrong with their website
and how they can get it all back on track. Their website is just one
landing page with no story, no personality, no zest.
There's a lot of shouting to customers where they can contact
them and follow them on social media, but there's no incentive as
to why they should or what the patient is talking about.
The business website? This is the client's chance
to grip their audience; to present what they do
and why. It can appeal to agencies,
entrepreneurs, and businesses with a range of
different pages with clear indicators as to which
page suits which type of visitor. We helped them
with their positioning, from mid-range to
premium. We assisted them in creating their
design style and tone for their website. They
wanted to create a site that will be youthful and
creative, and we helped them to identify where
they are going wrong.
There are so many examples of websites that
offer ideas for the top three landing pages, like
the following:
https://www.primsimp.com
https://explainify.com
https://www.promoshin.com/
Each offers examples of average to premium
positioning. These same three examples are also
examples of the top three competitors for our
client and who we wanted to shine above.
Those calls to actions have a place, but their
positioning is important on the website our
client had. It was important that their pages
aren't covered in a variety of calls to action, as
their audience will feel badgered and likely move
off the page. Social media buttons and gentle
calls to action were the best options for our
client, and these can nudge the site visitors in
the right direction without over-saturating the
site too much.

QUESTIONNAIRE
Their current website was a 1-pager
a landing page with no story,
and just a few elements placed together
with a bunch of call to actions.

THE TREATMENT
Every Marketing Triage requires treatment once a diagnosis has been made. There's no point
in finding the problems without a fix, and this is where we shine. We offered to audit our
client's website, helping them to narrow down what they want to provide while creating
more than one website page to explain their service and their locations. One landing page
for a website doesn't tell an audience what they do or why they do it, and we fixed that. We
then put together a strategy to ensure that our clients had a website that remains relevant;
one that their audience wants to click through to convert their visit to a sale.
Branding is another important aspect of their website that we concentrated on. Their site
needed to be designed in a way that reflects what our client wants to show the world about
themselves. The colors, design, and content had to tell the reader precisely what the client
is all about. The user experience is the most crucial aspect of their business website, which
is why we ensured that it could work across all platforms, from mobile and tablet to
desktop. We knew that the interface should be easy to use, without any lagging as the
audience scrolls through each page.
Marketing Triage involves treatment that includes the business blog, caching, SEO, and
analytics to get the best out of our client's website. We then test it with independent users
and get feedback before we can deliver it to the audience our client needs.

THE PROGNOSIS
Following Marketing Triage, our client ordered a monthly check to update their website and
encourage increased traffic and conversions. Within a month of their website being up and
running, they had more traffic pouring through the door. We've helped them to set up
organic traffic through their business blog (essential for giving their company a voice for the
audience to hear), and they are generating more traffic through paid avenues. These include
Google AdWords and Facebook marketing. We will continue to create landing pages that
will narrow down their audience and create more targeted prospects to their funnel.
When it comes to Marketing Triage, we learn about our client's needs, diagnose their
problem, treat the issue as in-depth as possible, and follow up with them for their business
website future. The prognosis for the client above is favorable and exciting, and it can be
the case for any business looking to have their website put through Marketing Triage.

“It was a pleasure to work with Sauce Sites on our new Website and Strategy which, in particular,
helped us generate new leads and actually convert them to buying customers. We must also
comment on how patient Sauce Sites were with our very specific edits, but it resulted in a fantastic
new brand and website. Thank you so much to the Sauce Sites team!”
