Entry fee includes:
18 holes of golf with cart, buffet
dinner (cash bar), drawings for
door prizes, putting contest,
men’s and women’s contests,
Food & beverages all day on
the course, prizes for OVERALL
winning two teams, golf gift
for each golfer, & prizes for top
team in each flight.
$125 per golfer ($50 is tax deductible)
$750 per team of six golfers ($300 is tax deductible)
NOTICE TO ALL GOLFERS
Handicaps are needed prior to the tournament to determine flights, which will be posted at registration.
Due to the level of interest in our tournament from local golfers, a nonrefundable deposit of $125 is required to secure your
team a spot in the tournament. Full payment is appreciated by July 12. Team entry forms are date stamped on receipt.
We are limited to 32 teams of 6 golfers each for the tournament. No exceptions will be made.
