Good morning,

Thank you for contac ng the Texas Secretary of State. As a note, an S-Corp is a federal tax designa on rather than an
en ty type. A er researching further, it appears that your en ty is a for-profit corpora on.

That being said, in order to convert an en ty from a for-profit corpora on to a non-profit corpora on, you must dra
your own documents to be filed with us. You may refer to form 647 (Word, PDF) for some more details, keeping in
mind that 647 is intended to assist in dra ing documents to convert from a foreign jurisdic on to Texas.
