Copyright abuse prevention policy
Online since 2010, PDF Archive is a neutral PDF hosting platform, strictly complying with the French Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique "LCEN" (law n° 2004-575, june 21, 2004),
and the EC Directive ref. 2000/31.
As such, being a technical intermediary, no editorial control is exerted on the content of the files shared by the users of the site.
Potentially illicit documents are removed immediately after being notified by a third party (DMCA), or routinely after manual or automated checks, and any other action necessary is proactively taken to ensure the respect the site terms of use.
Notifications can be sent using the site contact form, by using the www.signalement-contenu.fr website (in french), by e-mail to the Webmaster,
or by postal mail (see our legal notice for contact details).
Protected content database
To prevent any future republication of a document deleted following a takedown request, a digital signature (SHA512) of the deleted document is stored on our database, without time limit. The use of this database for hash checking (API access) is allowed under conditions, please feel free to contact us for more information.
