For Pass 3​ learners must identify the benefits of business analytics within the business  environment. The benefits can be discussed in two ways, either within a singular organisation or  a general overview across a business sector. The report should document as many benefits as  possible, learners can present these with mind maps that illustrate cross sector benefits.            1      Procedure - Pass 3   Learners should focus on a specific business, suggestively the college, and identify the benefits  of business analytics within the business environment. Learners are to begin identifying the  benefits of business analytics, commenting on how they are defined and met. They can then  begin to review the sector usage, and how the current implementation is able to deliver to its  users.  To conclude, learners can identify business impact and further clarify the way in which  utilized big data can aid in benefiting a business. Learners are also required to produce ​two​ mind  maps covering the content discussed in the report.     Use Of Analytics   Business Intelligence  Business intelligence (BI)  is the ‘umbrella’ term used to process and analyze raw “Big Data” for  business intent. As mentioned, the inclusion of analytics shows demonstrates how companies  indirectly accumulate data that can be further utilized to increase the quality, and in some cases  efficiency, of their business. For this section, learners should discuss the difference between a competitive market. Big Data has influenced this in recent years, namely by providing a new  means of prediction with increase accuracy and validity. Previously, businesses would not have  the ability to make ‘as’ accurate predictions on consumer trends, however due to the precise  nature of big data this is now achievable. For this section, learners should discuss the difference Linear, Integer and Constraint Programming    Linear Programming​ - Is the process of reviewing the amount of tasks / objectives and  identifying the complex relationship(s) between each tasks. You can them highlight the optimal  process and increase your efficiency and productivity.   Integer Programming​ - In the case that the scenario is more complex, and linear programming is  not strong enough, integer programming is used. An example of this instance is vehicle routing,  to which there are constant fluctuation amongst the variables that it remains difficult to predict,  hence the need for more control. first thing is to review what you know to be true, the data. For this section learners should discuss  how archived data, namely from the consumer demographic, can aid in locating points of origin
