By mail: hand print your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail via firstclass mail to: Condesa Cinco de Mayo Sweepstakes, 970 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island 02917 Mailin entries received by the 5th of May will be included in the drawing. There is no limit to the number of times you may enter by mail, however each mailin entry must be sent separately. One random drawing will be conducted, on May 5th . PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/ODDS OF WINNING: On the Random Drawing date listed above, the Condesa Restaurante Mexicano Manager (“Promotion Administrator”), will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the specified Entry Period to select one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize: (Vacation in Cancun Mexico, including two economy roundtrip airline tickets, and hotel accommodations for three nightsplease note, final arrangements will be made together with the winners and specifics depend on seasonality, the approximate prize value is $800$1000). Winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. GENERAL: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.
