2005-present Private individual practice of forensic psychology. Services include
competency to stand trial evaluation, sanity at the time of the offense evaluation,
competency to waive Miranda rights evaluation, death penalty mitigation in
capital cases, pre- sentence sex offender evaluation (VA. code 19.2-300), sexually
violent predator, evaluation (VA. code 37.2-900), fitness for duty evaluation, risk
of future dangerousness evaluation, emotional injury evaluation in civil cases,
sexual interest evaluation and assessment of sexual deviancy, consultation on
matters of mental health and the law, competency questions resulting from
dementia or head injury.

Independent Evaluator. Appointed by Special Justice to perform evaluations
of persons detained on a Temporary Detention Order to determine level of
dangerousness to self or others and need, if any, for continued involuntary
hospitalization.
