1st March : Hoon Muntazir Mein
An original experimental multimedia storytelling performance, Hoon Muntazir Mein is a magical
fairy tale performance based on some very real and current youth issues. Issues of identity,
heartbreak and parental relationships are discussed in the format of the Alif Laila fairy tales.
The show is written and performed by students of the graduating class of the theatre arts
department at NAPA.

2nd/3rd March : Art
A comedy about the art of friendship. The assumptions we have about each other and the roles
we play in our relationships. Exploring the baggage in the relationship of three friends and the
desire and ability to reinvent one self, the play is a delightful look into the serious business of
friendship.

4/5th March : Kafka
A poignant play exploring the tortured personal life of the German writer Franz Kafka. A multi
media depiction of the struggles both creative and personal.

6/7th March : Koel
An exploration of love and ego this play questions the concepts of selfless giving to another
and to an idea. The play explores the dynamics of passion, love and loneliness through the
obsession of a young woman for a reclusive scientist.

8/9th March : Khawab Tha Shaid
An original play that explores love and romance in the 21st century. The play addresses the
issues of belief, identity and freedom. A sharp and compelling play about a young couple as
they discover each other and themselves in present day Karachi.

10/11th March : Equus
About a boy who blinds six horses. About a man who is questioning his ability and place in the
world. An intense psychological drama confronting our inner demons. A play about our ability
to nurture and hurt each other.
