The Best Golf Swing Tips To Improve Your
Can you use a few golf swing tips? It is without doubt that golf is a popular sport for professionals and
hobbyists. Though it is not an Olympic event, a great number of people watch tournaments on
television. No matter if you play for a hobby or as a professional, you could perhaps use golf swing
tips to improve your game.
Among the primary golf tips to follow is that you need a good shoulder so you can hit the ball the right
way and allow it to land near the hole. It is not as easy as most people think because they are under the
notion you must raise the left heel quite a bit off the ground to make this work. It does cause the hip to
rotate but no bounce is produced. What is the aim here? The lesson here is that the golfer can create
recoil by not turning too much.
second golf swing tip to keep in mind is to not allow your head to touch your chest because you will
have trouble swinging the left arm across the body as you swing backward. The proper method to do
this is to hold the chin up while your left arm swings freely across your upper body. You create a broad
arc so you can hit the ball in the correct direction.
How you hold the club is one of the most important golf swing tips. Avoid grasping the club too tight.
A tool that can help you prevent this is the golf grip. An advantage of the golf grip is it fits any size
club. It is constructed out of plastic and can easily be removed. Often your upper body isn't the
problem when you are trying to play your best. You may need to improve your footing with a foot
wedge. The foot wedge helps keep weight on the right foot.
Another useful golf swing aid is the weighted club. Weighted clubs are two to five pounds heavier than
the usual clubs. An advantage of these clubs is that they help you practice your swing in slow motion
so you will learn the right form. If you have trouble keeping your arms together when you swing,
stretchable arm bands are available. These are placed on your triceps to make a "v" all the way through
Lastly, don't forget to relax. Tension may cause you to miss a swing and forget these golf swing tips. If
you are in a tournament, try to block everyone out. You may not learn these tips overnight but as the
old saying goes, practice makes perfect.

The perfect golf swing: as elusive as that "Dem Pimpernel" and as mythical as the unicorn-riding
fairies of Narnia. Learning the perfect swing is something that takes even the professionals years and
years, as the perfect swing is different for each person. Some people spend years practicing their swing,
and they end up becoming contortionists, death defying acrobats, and Air Force pilots just because
these professions are so much easier. If you have been scouring your closet for that "perfect swing",
there is bad news and good news. The bad news is that the clubs have very little to do with the perfect
swing, but the good news is that the perfect golf swing lies within your body.
As "epic" as it sounds to say "The Force is Within You", that really is the case. Your body is the vehicle
for the perfect swing, so let's get down to brass tacks and figure out what the perfect swing entails:
Grip - The Interlocking Grip means putting your pinky finger of your front hand under the forefinger of
your back hand. The Overlapping Grip means placing the pinky over the forefinger. The Strong
position has 2/3 of the left hand's knuckles on the front of the club, the neutral position has a single
knuckle of your left hand on the front of the grip, while the weak position shows no knuckles.
Hand Placement - The placement of your hands has a lot to do with the perfection of your swing, and
you have to do it just right. Hold the club in your left hand just at the base of your fingers, and close the
palm over it. Use your right hand to hold the club with your fingers more than your hand, at the bottom
of your left hand, with your right hand's fingers folded over the fingers of you left hand.
Backswing - Start your backswing not with your hands, but with your arms. Slowly and fluidly pull it
away from your body in one motion, and turn your left hips and shoulders with the turn. Set your hands
once the club passes your waist, and make sure your hands aren't broken down as the club reaches the
top of your backswing.
Downswing -- This is the part of the swing that you have to get just right, and many people use
different techniques. Some consider a left arm pull to be the best, while others swing with their left
Finish - The finish has to end high, and the face of the club needs to be perfectly squared for the
seconds after the hit in order to ensure that the golf ball goes just where you want it to go.

The Top Three Golf Swing Tips For
BeginnersBy Chuck Summers
There is no questions that when you are a beginner golfer that you need to build a solid repeatable
swing and that is where the best golf swing tips come in.
Unfortunately many new golfers make mistakes learning the golf swing basics when they first start out
that actually harms their swing and ends up taking them years to unlearn.
Hopefully by reading this article you will avoid some of the pitfalls that many new golfers make and
pick up what the important golf swing basics are that you should be concentrating on.
First, let's start with the best tip I ever received about my golf swing. Never look at or try to imitate
another golfer's swing.
First of all you are unique, your height, your weight and flexibility directly affects your swing. So build
your own swing based on strong fundamentals, here are 3 golf swing tips for beginners that will help
you do just that.Repeatable set upIf you watch any professional golfer to pick up some more golf
swing tips you will see that they have a routine they do with each swing.
For example you will usually see them stand behind the ball so they can get a good look at how and
where the ball needs to travel for the shot to be successful.
They are also visualizing their shot at this point. Next they may take a few practice swings and then
they address the ball, some have a waggle here, some do not.
It does not matter what your routine is, just learn to do it every time you are taking a
shotYourtakeawayere is another area that many beginners make a major mistake on grasping the golf
Oftentimes, new golfers pick the club up too fast; this gives you less arc and you lose power and speed.
You will also have to "throw" the club head to try and get it back to square.
When you begin your take away keep the club head "low and away" this means keeping your club head
as low to the ground as you can until your arms are extended as far away as possible. This will help you
to generate power and keep your swing on the right plane.
Your follow through is just as important. When you follow through you need to finish high. This means
that your arms need to continue through until they finish above your head.
This will help you to generate more club head speed which means more distance with your clubs. It
will also help you keep from decelerating on your swing which can lead to shanks and shots that will
have very poor results.Hopefully with these golf swing tips for beginners you will learn a few things
that will help you to build a good solid, repeatable swing so you can enjoy the game of golf for years to

Best Golf Swing Tips Revealed
By Helen Hecker
You need great hand-eye coordination, balance, athletic ability and creativity to play golf. The biggest
concerns of golfers today are inconsistency first of all, followed by slicing and distance. Finding ways
to improve your golf game, then applying what you've learned and practicing, is the number one way to
get ahead of the game.
Approach the game with a positive attitude and repeat affirmations if you can, such as "I play great golf
all the time." Visualize where you would like the ball to land, as you swing. A common mental error
golfers make when driving the ball is to hit it as hard as possibleTry not to grip the club too tightly.
Make sure to use the proper technique. At the end of a backswing the hands are above the right
shoulder, with the golf club pointing more or less in the intended direction of ball flight.
Swing slowly and steadily using a nice rhythm. Standing over the ball for too long a time and
wondering whether you're going to swing the club correctly can easily result in a skewed shot, or
completely missing the ball. Accomplished golfers purposely use sidespin to steer their ball around
obstacles or towards the safe side of fairways and greens.
Ask your golf pro to evaluate your posture while swinging. At the end of a swing, the weight has
shifted almost entirely to the left foot, the body is fully turned to the left and the hands are above the
left shoulder with the club hanging down over the players' back.
As the body matures, the ability to rotate the upper torso is affected by age, and the hand action can
also slow down requiring a slightly stronger grip. After the ball is hit, the follow-through stage consists
of a continued rotation to the left. Putting can become a nightmare and a condition called the 'yips' has
affected not only amateurs but professionals as well; get expert advice and consider a golf swing aid.
Many golfers have improved their golf game by concentrating on golf fitness. The golf swing is mostly
rotational so it makes sense to concentrate on your turning ability as it relates to range of motion and
speed. Conditioning your golf muscles will reward you with straighter swings.
There are golf swing aids that act as driving range simulators. Golf swing aids come in all shapes and
sizes including apparel type accessories to correct alignment or a golf club add-on accessory to monitor
your swing. If you're looking for an aid to improve your stance they're not hard to find.
There are a number of good golf swing aids on the market today. Look for golf swing aids at your local
golf course. Make sure to look for reviews and ratings online for any golf swing aid you're considering.
Overall, investing in golf swing aids will greatly improve your golf swing and your golf game. Ask an
expert, who is not associated with the shop you would buy your golf swing aid from, for advice on the
right aid for you. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting out, pick just one golf swing aid and
go to work on your swinThere are golf swing aids that will help you with swing alignment. Keep in
mind that with some golf swing aids, you may still need advice or help from an expert.
There are hundreds of useful golf tips to seek out in golf magazines, consumer magazines, sports
magazines, in books, ebooks, DVDs, online and offline. If you can, sit in on a friend's golf lesson to see
if you connect with the pro. If you apply both physical and mental workouts, golf swing improvement
will be your reward. For more information ongolf swing improvement golf swing aids and golf swing

THE PERFECT GOLF SWING
Hi, I am often amazed when people claim that there is only one correct way to swing a golf club. I
mean all we have to do is watch the greatest players in the world play golf to realize that this can not
possibly be true. So how do you go about finding the best golf swing that works for you? Well you
have several options;
OPTION#1: . You can go through the gambit and expense of trying out all of the various swing
philosophies, different methods or try one of the latest mechanical training aide devices. You can watch
the golf channel “Fix Everything With A Slew Of Unrelated Tips Show” (man do I hate tips!).
OPTION#2..You can go to several of the probably hundreds of golf pro’s in your area until you find
the one that you like working with all the while spending a small fortune until you find the right one.
Buy one (or several) of those infomercial products that promises miracles in “10 swings or less”OR
you can decide to go through 7 very simple drills and exercises that will walk you through an easy
process that enables you to find your own best swing – Permanently!
Now I can’t promise you a 68 or your PGA Tour Card, but I can promise you that if you TAKE IT ALL
IN YOU WILL HAVE The Perfect Golf Swing, And you will dramatically improve your game and
best yet, you will know that feeling of hitting the ball in the sweet spot – Repeatedly! Again and Again!
Shot after Shot You will be guided through this simple process that will take your game far beyond just
your grip, stance, posture, or finger position. That’s just the same advice you can get from all the other
teachers. Advice that’s been around since golf began. This is not just repackaging the same old
mechanical advice. It’s a brand new way to approach this wonderful sport Now let me ask you an
important question. Do you really want to go through a complete swing change? I bet if you're honest,
then the answer is NO! And let’s be honest. Are you really prepared to do all of the work necessary for
that major of a change in your golf swing?Or would you rather just like to learn a few very simple drills
and exercises that will radically improve your ball striking and scoring?
You are probably now ready to ask, “Tim, how could only 7 drills and concepts change my game that
much? Well, the answer is, “This is a very special program."
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you last. You may not remember me but I was
Now before you get nervous let me explain. Within The Perfect Golf Swing I have been very careful to
leave out “preaching”. This is strictly about Golf! But like this golf program for example; the Bible
deals in absolutes (not theories). My experience has been that when we deal in absolutes instead of
someone’s theory we will see some miraculous effects! In fact, a primary concept that I ask students to
first understand when it comes to golf is this, absolutes really do exist. Whether you know it or not
(yet) there truly are only two options available in golf and, for that matter, in life – There’s Right and
There’s Wrong. what do i mean? You just said that there are many different golf swings even on the
PGA Tour and now you are talking about AbsolutI not talking about what “the golf world” likes to talk
about so much - which is swing mechanics. I’m talking about the ABSOLUTE TRUTH that:
The golf ball itself is not directly affected by things like our back swings, left arms being straight, what
the relationship of our hip to torso is, our follow through or any other factor except for one.

Basic Golf Swing Tips for Improving Your
By Jason E. Hanner
Once you become interested in the game of golf, the chances are that you would not only want to know
more about it but you would also like to learn how to play it. This is true for anyone who is actually
interested in any sport, and it is certainly true for the game of golf. For any golfer to develop his game,
he has to start with the basics of the game as his foundation.
Without it, there is really very little chance that his game will actually develop and go to a level where
he would be really competitive. But once he commits himself to doing that, he will find that he will be
rewarded in the long run, and he'll be thankful that he did the right thing by starting with the basics.
Possessing the proper golf swing is a definite necessity for any golfer. You therefore need to be well
acquainted with the basics of having the proper swing. Here then are some basic golf swing tips that
can help you improve your golf game.
• The first and probably one of the most important tips that you could get is all about your
attitude. Before you could go on improving your swing or any aspect of your game, you need to
have the right attitude about the game and what you want to achieve from it. Without it, you
probably won't progress to far in the game at all.
• Always be aware of how you are holding the golf club. Hold onto it too tightly and it could
result in hooking your shot, and if it is too soft then you'll probably slice it.
• As you are learning the basics of golf swing, it is essential that you realize the importance of
improving your back swing. It is important to always remember aligning your left shoulder with
the hips as you are swinging back.
• Your head should always be steady as you do your back swing. Don't make the mistake of
shifting it to the right which will pose some problems with getting the proper aim.
• Never take your eyes off the golf ball for the entire duration of your swing. One of the key
things that you must remember here is to maintain the right golf grip.
• As you are grabbing the club with your left hand, be sure that it starts from your little finger's
base and end up at your index finger's middle part. You then place the thumb at one o' clock.
• If you are holding the club using your right hand, you need to hold it across the fingers starting
from the index finger's second joint to the little finger's first joint and then cover the thumb of
your left hand with your right palm's lifeline.
• The left hand should be extended the whole time you are making your downswing. One of the
usual errors amateurs make is bending the left hand due to the wrist movement that's involved
in the action.
