reason to have friends to work out with. Not only will your work outs become a time you look
forward to, you will even never be late again.
Periodically you need to check out the progress you are making because you want to know if the
program is working. You'll be able to tell when you have reached a plateau with your current
efforts. You don't want to stay at your comfort zone for too long, otherwise your progress will stop.
If you love working out and are passionate about it, then this should not be a problem.
If you don't like physical discomfort, and being disciplined, you will have a difficult time with this.
Not only will your body be getting the benefit of this, but so will your mind. Increase what you are
doing, when you think it is safe, and strong gains will continue to be made.
There are lots of fitness secrets, but you won't need to know all of them. The reason for that is
they will not all apply to you or what you're doing. There are weight training secrets, but they won't
help you, unless you decide to take up weight lifting. Whatever area of your fitness training, there
