Addressing Systemic
Barriers to Employment
ECHO and the Reentry Roundtable are co-hosting a work
session to begin the process of addressing the systemic
barriers that impact the ability of formerly incarcerated
and/or homeless individuals to gain employment.
Work session attendees will:
Identify the current services available, eligibility
criteria, and areas of focus
Explore who and what is left out of the current system
Identify systemic issues which need to be addressed
