Customer Service may be provided by a Person or Sales & Service Representatives
Customer Service is normally an integral part of a company’s customer value
proposition.
The Online Customer Care System is developed to enhance customer satisfaction. The
system will be great relief to the customers and service providers.

This is an internet based web application that can be accessed from any machine, from
anywhere in the world, provided that machine has internet facility. This system can be
used to automate the workflow of service requests for the various Departments in the
college, agencies, institutes or companies.
Registered users will be able to log in a request for service for any of the supported
facilities.
These requests will be sent to the concerned people, who are also valid users of the
system, to get them resolved. There are features like addition of a new facility to the
system, report generators etc.

Our goal and objective is to make a website that includes the following functions:
 GUI Interface.
 Online complaint registration by customers.
 Registered users can edit their information through their own accounts.
 Provide online status about their complaints registered.
 Smooth flow of data without any hurdles.
 Adequate validation checks for data entry.
 Adequate security of data.
 Facility to update data from time to time.
 Prompt and specific retrieval of data.
 Flexibility in the system according to the changing environment.
 Controlling redundancy in storing the same data multiple times.
 Accuracy, timeliness and comprehensiveness of the system output.

 Enhancement in the completion of work within the constraints of time.

SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM
The scope of the system is quite wide. It can be implemented using .net technology on
a computer having internet facility, thus providing the Customers and the Providers, the
ease of accessing the projects and their status without any difficulty and within no time.
The Online Customer Care system Functionality is:
 To provide online access to all the users at any given point of time.
 To provide all the access rights but it does authorize a user before granting
access rights to private pages for maintaining the security of the websites.
 This website doesn’t allow end-users to access admin side pages &
functionalities.
 Types of information Online, and Efficient and systematic maintenance of the
huge Database, speeding up queries and faster processing are also be factor for
going for this project.
 This system is applicable for any other companies/ university /Institute, which is
work as an online.
 The package will require data to be entered in user-friendly forms.
