General Conditions:
1) Please advised the guest wait at the assembly point 20 mins before departure time &

2) CTTS Holidays Sdn Bhd reserved the right to amend the rates and time without prior notice.
3) CTTS Holidays Sdn Bhd reserved the right to cancel a tour due to operational conditions. The
operator accepts no liability for loses incurred due to failure to connect with other services
and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death in the
journey.
4) Our rates is calculate based on no. of pax, no nationality difference.
Cancellation/Amendment:
1) In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of person, a written notice and delivery documents must be
received and acknowledged by CTTS Holidays Sdn. Bhd., and subject to management approval.
In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit will be
forfeited automatically.
Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following More than 30 days before departure: 25% of total fare or deposit, whichever is higher.
15 days to 29 days before departure: 50% of total fare
Under 15 days before departure: 100% of total fare
Mode of payment:
1) All reservation must be guaranteed with a NON-REFUNABLE OR TRANSFERABLE deposit of 50%
per person for individual (FIT) or group (GIT) in 07 days, after confirmation
received from CTTS Holidays Sdn. Bhd. Company requires full payment for each booking to be
make at least 14 days prior to departure.
2) Payment have to be payable to CTTS Holidays SDN. BHD. In the currency of Malaysia Ringgit by
cash, cheque, bank draft or telegraphic transfer to the following bank account:
