Umm, there are screen shots of the conversation he refers to so unless one of his fb 'friends' leaked it, it
was indeed public at some point before yesterday.
Whether or not we 'pay too much attn', we should at minimum be aware of what is going on. Fiduciary
responsibility, etc....

FYI, the screenshot in the message is from the public view of Pierre’s Facebook page. As I am friends with
Pierre on FB, I just went into his FB and no, the conversation has not been erased. The whole conversation
was from the get go only accessible to Pierre’s Facebook friends, so again the inflammatory accusations of
this anonymous email sender is filled with inaccuracies.
We should not be paying too much attention, as this whole anonymous thread is damaging to the ongoing
investigation. Whoever is behind this is trying to run their own parallel investigation but without the
benefit of a truly balanced set of information.

Subject: Police report by Pierre Lebel

Dear Pierre and members of the CAPE NEC:
Further to the information that came to light yesterday, we have since learned that, with Andre’s
understanding and approval, Pierre has filed a police report based on his allegations against Ms. Miranda
Dyck. We know that Pierre (and Yves Rochon, on behalf of the ESU executive) deliberately and wildly misled
the NEC, and also induced Andre to act on the same deceptive and duplicitous fabrication. Today, we now
know that Pierre undertook the same with the Ottawa Police Service. Indeed, Pierre provided the same
narrative to Detective Leslie McCarthy, claiming the same against Ms. Dyck, but for the purposes of
criminal charges.
So when we learned of this, we ensured that Det. McCarthy is in receipt of some important evidence,
namely the screen captures of Pierre Lebel’s Facebook Post and attendant comment thread (we took
screenshots of everything). I’m not a police officer, but I’m quite certain they don’t like being lied to. More
specifically, I’m willing to bet that the police outright disapprove of false accusations and filing false
reports. I’ll leave that to the police to decide.
Making matters worse now, it appears that Pierre has deleted his post and the comments. Why is this
worse? Well, because of the probative value that his Facebook post and the comments by his daughters
hold. It appears, in fact, that Pierre has destroyed what is known as “exculpatory evidence.” Again, I’m not
a police officer, but I’m quite certain that they don’t like individuals destroying evidence, especially such
that would exculpate the individual you have alleged has engaged in criminal activity. I have attached a
screen capture of Pierre’s sanitized Facebook page from today. As with the above, I have ensured that Det.
McCarthy is in receipt of this critical information.
I’m left wondering, however, what is the liability of an organization for the malicious actions of an
employee when said employee acted with the express approval of the president (acting or otherwise)? I
think we all know the answer to that.
I wonder, too, what Ms. Dyck is feeling and thinking. Sadly, she has refused to provide me with a
response. Nevertheless, I'm sure she views this whole matter the way any reasonable person would, which
is not flattering of those directly involved.
I hope you all are enjoying the summer. Stay cool and hydrated: the weather is supposed to be quite hot
for the remainder of the week.
Yours very truly.
