PRICING 1/3
Pricing varies from event to event, however there are two payment options.
Either an upfront payment can be taken for a full day of photos or charging
per group/person. Prices change depending on travel and staffing. Find out

PRICING 2/3 (FULL DAY BOOKINGS)
Full day pricing is a great way to get your guests involved by paying a one off fee
and that’s it! Pricing depends on travel and the length of the event, so please
get in touch to get a quote.

PRICING 3/3 (PER PHOTO)
If you would prefer, I can offer pricing based on individual photographs, which is
a great option for smaller events. Pricing starts at £2 per photo and you can
have a maximum of 5 people in one photo (due to safety reasons). This is a
great option for family events and street fairs.

DISTRIBUTION
Due to high costs and volume of people I do not offer “on site
printing” yet. All photos are uploaded to a web link that people
are provided with on the day, which can be viewed online and
downloaded for free. On this site you can also buy printed photos
and other accessories. I can also provide photographs on a USB
for a small extra cost (depending on the amount needed)
Or, if it is a public event, photos will be uploaded directly to Facebook
(high quality versions) for download and viewing, and also
tagging.

INSURANCE
DW Media holds Public Liability, Equipment and Employers Insurance through
“Hiscox”. Certificates can be made available on request by emailing
info@dwmedia.org.uk
To ensure the rules laid out by my insurance are covered, I will not operate near
water (i.e. beaches, swimming pools, rivers etc.) and will only work under a
waterproof area. Please also note, a viewing of the venue will be required
before hand in order to ensure the premises will be safe to hold the
equipment used. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any more

WORKING IN SCHOOLS OR WITH UNDER 18’S
I am happy to work in schools and have an up to date DBS certificate. However,
for Safeguarding purposes, all children under 18 years of age must have a
signed media consent form from a consenting adult for DW Media. The
school/organiser is responsible for making sure everyone involved has a
signed consent form. For a copy of my current media consent form, please
email me on info@dwmedia.org.uk.
DW Media uses online portals to share photos with organisers/schools after an
event. This will be done from a secure site and a password will be needed to
view any of the photos. Alternatively the school/organiser could request a
USB only copy, which the school/organiser could then distribute. For more
info on these options please do not hesitate to email me.

PRIVACY

Photographs are never used on social media without prior permission from the
organiser, subjects in images and parent/carer (if under 18). For the protection of
children, DW Media has the right to ask for ID if it is believed someone is under
18. If you are over 18 and you enter the photo area, you unconditionally consent
to the use of the photo on social media and advertising unless otherwise
expressed or are with a child under 18.
