RECRUITMENT

WHAT TO WEAR?
The rule of thumb when dressing for rush is to keep your look
fresh and simple. Makeup and outfits don’t need to be overdone.
Keep your jewelry minimal, and choose clothes that flatter you
and make you feel comfortable and confident! Remember that you
aren’t dressing for girl’s night out. Make sure to keep it relatively
conservative with no cleavage or midriff. Following these basic
guidelines should help prepare you for each round!

ICE WATER: Think Sunday brunch with Mom. A nice
sundress with sandals or a low wedge is perfect for
ice water. You want to look put together but not too
formal; that will come later!

PHILANTHROPY: A cute pair of shorts is all you
have to worry about this round. For philanthropy,
everyone will be provided the same t-shirt to pair
with shorts and sandals. This round is comfy and
casual.

SISTERHOOD: Sisterhood is a step up from ice
water. Dress like you would for a nice dinner date. A
classy dress with a great pair of wedges or heels is
all you need to get through this round.

PREFERENCE: Preference is by far the dressiest round
of recruitment. Dress code for this round is semi-formal.
A cocktail dress or something you would wear to an
evening wedding is perfect for this round. Pair your
dress with your best pair of heels and you’re ready for
pref!
