Nike.com Employee Purchase Discount
Terms and Conditions:
Full time and part time employees of Nike and
Converse in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Portugal,
Republic of Ireland, Spain, The Netherlands and UK
(the “Employee”) will be eligible for purchasing
products on www.nike.com (Nike Website) with a 44%
employee discount (“Employee Purchase Discount”).
The Employee Purchase Discount is 44% on the full
retail price (RRP) that is displayed on each product.
Employee Temporary Workers (ETW), Independent
Contractors and other persons working for Nike who
are not a Nike or Converse Employee in the countries
mentioned above are excluded from receiving the
Employee Purchase Discount.
The Employee Purchase Discount applies
purchases made by an Employee on the Nike
and shipped to a country from which orders
placed on Nike Website (please check the Nike
Employee discount does not apply to
o non merchandise items, such as shipping and Gift
o 3rd party vendor products,
o Nike + products, or
o products for which there is limited availability.
The Employee shall not:

Return Nike product purchased using the Employee
Purchase Discount benefit for a value which exceeds
the original purchase price.
Provide his/her Employee’s online login and password
to any other person in order to allow an ineligible
person to receive the Employee Purchase Discount
Use Nike merchandise purchased
Purchase Discount benefit as samples
Resell any Nike merchandise, whether directly or
indirectly through an unauthorized person, group of
persons or agency.
Reselling includes, but is not limited to:
Reselling Nike merchandise through any Internet
sales or auction site
Reselling Nike merchandise at a flea market,
garage sale, open market, or in any private or
Reselling to or receiving financial reimbursement
from persons not eligible for the Nike Employee
Purchases Discount Benefit
Trading Nike merchandise or Employee Purchase
Discount Benefit to any other person or entity in
exchange for money or any other compensation or
Customized (NikeID) items
For most customized (NIKEiD) items you can submit a
combination of letters, spaces and numbers to form an
“ID” – a personalized message that appears on your
creation. A requested ID may be declined if it contains
a trademark belonging to third party, the name of a

sports team, athlete or celebrity that you (or NIKE) do
not have the right to use, or because it contains
To receive the Employee Purchase Discount on an
online purchase, the eligible Employee must register on
the Nike Website with his/her Nike email address.
If the Employee does not have a Nike email address,
the Employee shall provide Nike HR with a personal
email that will be used for the online registration and
online purchases made with the Employee Purchase
Discount. Nike HR shall approve any personal email
address used for the Employee Purchase Discount prior
to its use at the Nike Website.
Online purchases made with the Employee Purchase
Discount may be shipped to the Employee’s office
The Employee may not purchase product at the
Employee Purchase Discount rate using a credit or debit
card owned by a person who is not authorized to
receive the Employee Purchase Discount Benefit.
Returns should be performed by returning product via
www.nike.com (please visit website for instructions) or
to any Nike owned Inline store in the UK, Republic of
Ireland, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Portugal or
the Netherlands. Returns cannot be made to any
Factory Store, Partner store or any Inline store outside
of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Germany, Belgium,
Spain, Portugal or the Netherlands. Returns can only
be performed at store with printed copy of the original
invoice and Employee badge.

Employee sales will be recorded for both online and
Brick and Mortar stores and reported cumulatively to
the relevant tax authorities as per the requirements
laid out by the local tax authorities in the Employee’s
country of payroll. The maximum amount for tax free
purchases according to local tax and company
regulations applies to the cumulative Employee
Cumulative Employee spend for Employees in the
Netherlands can be viewed on the ME portal on a
monthly basis. Year to date spend will be updated on
the 1st working day of each month.
If the discount is not applied at the time of purchase for
unforeseen reasons, the Employee shall not be entitled
to the discount retroactively.
To avoid that the
discount is not applied, the transaction should be
cancelled prior to completion.
All purchases made with the Employee Purchase
Discount are recorded against Employee numbers.
Employee spend will be reviewed as part of Nike Retail
Loss prevention program. Accordingly, the Employee
consents that the required personal data is processed
and stored by Nike in accordance with local Data
Any abuse of this privilege will be reported to senior
management and may result in corrective actions
including the removal of the Employee’s rights to
receive the Employee Purchase Discount and up to and
including termination of the employment’s contract.
