长期以来,本人对于肿瘤发生和转移中关键蛋白分子的调控及其相关的分子
机制进行了系统而深入地研究,在蛋白质降解领域的基础生命科学研究与临床转
化医学应用领域方面取得了一系列重要的成果,为蛋白质的调控与相关分子机制
在医学重大疾病(目前主要在肿瘤领域)方面的应用奠定了科学的基础。目前的
研究重点为肺癌与肝癌等恶性肿瘤发生与转移过程的泛素蛋白水解酶途径中相
关蛋白质的作用及其分子机制。
近五年来已经在 J Clin Invest、Cell Res 等国内外学术杂志发表论文 80 余篇
( SCI 论文 55 篇),其中以第一作者、并列第一作者或通讯作者在 BBA-Rev
Cancer、Cancer Treat Rev、J Cell Mol Med、Breast Cancer Res Treat、Mutagenesis、
J Cell Biochem 等分子生物学领域的国际学术期刊上发表 SCI 论文 32 篇;总影响
因子近 180 分,总引用次数超过 200 次,单篇最高引用次数超过 20 余次。

代表性成果为:首次提出了泛素羧基末端水解酶家族成员 UCH37 与肿瘤发
生和发展的关系,相关的机制涉及到蛋白质的相互作用以及底物的脱泛素化调
控。脱泛素化酶在细胞生物学的功能和相关分子机制的研究,对于开发与脱泛素
化作用相关的分子靶向药物具有十分重要的意义。
