got my first digital camera. I’ve moved
from a city to another one because of
my parents’ job during my childhood,
so I’ve been in a lot of schools. I’m
always curious about new things, but a
new start means a separation with old
friends. It’s barely impossible for a kid
to travel back for meeting friends, so
the old photos have become the most
precious treasures for me.

Everybody could take photos with
their phones today, anybody could be
a cameraman. But what makes a photo
special? The key is about aesthetics, it’s
about emotions it’s about community
and more. I’m always chasing the light
of those moments.

Jan,16,2013, most residents of Tancun had left this Urban Village, the water and electricity supply had been shut
down.
This Village got ready for being torn down.
A few residents who were not satisfied with the compensation hanged red flags on their buildings to fight against
this decision. However, the domolition had already started.

In Feb 10, 2014,the village was almost
clear except this building.
