We need to understand that there is a huge discrepancy between being slim and being healthy.
Realize right now, that it is much more simple then you have made it to be. The answers are already
built into your cellular system. Simply, come back to what is natural. God has already designed
foods that are natural for our good health to bring harmony into our lives. We just need to get back.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine said it best, "the body's natural tendency is that toward health."
When we get back to natural whole foods, our bodies and cravings will naturally move toward
being healthy and trim.
