1. Current  Status  

The  existing  situation  checked  deeply.  

Few  meetings  took  place  with  the  relevant  authorities  in  the  departments:    
Software  engineering,  Electrical  and  Computer  Engineering.    
In  the  meetings  we  discussed  about:  
o The  purpose  of  the  system.  
o The  necessary  functionality  of  the  system,  separately  to  each  user  
that  intend  to  use  the  system:  Guest,  Student,  Secretary,  Advisor  and  
Project  Supervisor.  
o The  ARD  document  was  sent  to  the  professional  advisor  as  well,  so  
the  requirements  will  be  clear  and  to  confirm  the  characterization.  

The  SQL  tables  and  relations  configured,  currently  in  draft  status.  

2. Project  Main  Purpose  
The  main  purpose  of  the  project  it  to  create  product  that  will  actually  work  in  the  
university.  The  main  challenge  in  the  project  is  to  create  stable  system  that  does  not  
need  any  reboot  or  refresh,  it  is  design  to  work  continuity.

3. Available  Systems  
The  only  departments  that  have  a  system  to  manage  the  engineering  project  is:  
Electrical  and  Computer  Engineering  and  Information  System  Engineering.  The  
system  of  the  Electrical  and  Computer  Engineering  department  checked  deeply,  and  
we  found  that  the  system  does  not  provide  the  requested  implementation  and  does  
not  have  the  ability  to  serve  multiply  departments.  The  system  investigation  serve  
us  in  order  to  provide  full  support  to  Electrical  and  Computer  Engineering  
department  in  the  new  system,  we  will  include  all  the  functionality  of  the  older  
4. Completed  Tasks  

Existing  situation  investigation.

ADD  (draft).  

5. Semester  B  Tasks  

ADD  –  complete  this  document,  until  end  of  March.  

Prototype  –  we  are  going  to  write  prototype  of  the  system  until  end  of  May.  

Quality  Assurance  –  this  process  is  going  to  be  very  deep  since  the  goal  is  to  
create  product  and  not  prototype,  so  this  process  will  be  made  until  the  
system  will  be  stable  to  serve  the  University.
