Banquet Session Package
Hello, and thank you for showing interest in my services for your pictures for the
2011 college banquet. I hope you will not be disappointed in what you see. I am
hoping to schedule an 2-hour session on March 18, 2011, depending on availability of
time. We will use all time from our arrival at Ault Park, until we would need to leave for
the banquet.
Additional information is provided below regarding pricing, and other
information. Please take note that prints are no longer to be printed from the CD.
Images on the CD are designed specifically for computer use, if you take them to get
developed at places such as Walmart, the images could look distorted (possibly
pixilated) and important parts in the pictures could be cut out (Heads, arms, etc.).
Because of this, you will be able to order prints of your photos through me; I will
be purchasing a proof album for you to look through so you can order your photos.
Money for your photos needs to be paid within ten days of your order so I can order the
prints, I will be ordering in bulk so there will be a cutoff date for payment, if the order is
not paid for by the date set then your order will not be placed.
Once again, I would like to thank you for considering me. I ask that should you
decide to schedule pictures during the banquet session that you please message me
here on facebook, or email me at toshamccrary@gmail.com on or before Saturday,
March 12, 2011. I need this information by that point so that I can plan specifics of the
session itself; after that point if you wish to participate in the session the price goes up
$5.00 more per person.
Additional Information
Session will be divided between participants
--Session fee is $10.00 per person before March 12, 2011
--Session fee goes up to $15.00 per person after March 12, 2011
--Session fee should be paid by the end of the month of March.
For your session fee I will be…
--giving you equal attention during the banquet session
--editing your pictures, possibly up to an hour of work
--guaranteeing 20 quality images to select final prints from
-- placing your print order as quickly as possible

--Up to 75 of your best images
--CD cost is $25.00 per CD, should we order more than six CD’s the cost
drops to $22.00
--CD payment should be paid by Thursday, March 24, 2011.
Up 40 proofs to choose from
--To view paper choices simply get with me to see a sample.
--Money for your prints must be paid within ten days of your order to
ensure that the order will be placed.
--Orders will not be placed if you have not paid by the end of the ten day
period.
--Prices for individual prints are listed below.

SESSION CONTRACT
Please print off this page and fill it out for my records before the session itself. I need this
contract before the session begins.

I __________________, commit to the banquet session on March 18, 2011. I further
commit to paying the session fee by the end of the month of March. Should I choose to
purchase prints through Tosha McCrary Photography I will make my payment within ten
days of my order. In order to purchase a CD copy of my edited pictures I pledge to pay
the $25.00 price by Thursday, March 24, 2011.
