Charity Golf Brochure (PDF)

The Charlottesville Free Clinic provides free primary
medical care, prescription medications and dental
services for low-income uninsured adults and their
families who live or work in the greater Charlottesville/
Albemarle community.
All services are provided by volunteers or the CFC's
on-staff nurse practitioner or dentist. More than 500
community members, including over 150 physicians,
nurse practitioners, pharmacists and dentists, volunteer
at the CFC annually.

The CFC Medical Clinic sees about 1,500 patients each
year with just over 4,700 visits. The Dental Clinic treats
approximately 1,400 patients annually with about
2,800 visits, and the CFC Pharmacy dispenses more
than 28,300 prescriptions each year.
