Beautiful Beeps and Boops
What's it all about?

Beautiful Beeps and Boops is two things in one- Its half Music Show and half Art Show. I have
rented out two rooms in the lower level of a church to cover everything. One room will be dedicated to live performances by some of my favorite electronic musicians, while the other room and
the halls are open to display your beautiful ART!
This is very much an experimental event, but judging by the line up of artist - I can already tell you
its going to be a great success!

How to prepare?
This is a 1 night only exhibit, so all art will be hung in a non permanent manner. There will multiple levels of tight string stretched across the halls with clips to hang light artwork

If you have any heavy pieces I ask that you please supply your own temporary mounting method- I
recommend poster putty or command adhesive strips/hooks. (I'm going to supply as many of these
as I can but we may run out.) Table vendors: please let me know if you need me to supply a table
for you.

Set up time?
Please try to be at the show for 5:30- everything starts at 6:00 and ends at 10:00-10:30. If you need
to leave early but want to keep your art on display that's fine but it may be awhile before I can get
your art back to you. So please plan on staying awhile so everyone can see your work.

Additional info?
Parking at the church is very limited and we try to leave that space open for loading and unloading. Please try to park on the street (meters will be free) or at the Fitchburg Post Office.
Food- this event is potluck, everyone will be bringing in some food- so feel free to pitch in.
Sales- You are welcome to sell any art, but I do ask that you please consider donating some of your
profits to the event to help cover my cost for renting the venue.
