Natanz Cultural, Educational & Tourism Centre

Natanz Historic City, Isfahan, Iran

The failure of old fabrics to fulfill their citizens’ basic requirements
such as safety, comfort and accessibility has resulted in
abundance of historic fabrics. The abundance and destruction of
the old fabric companied with the new destruction and
construction has resulted into the oblivion of the historical identity.
To revive this old fabric new land use has been proposed to
connect historical sites together companied with a connection of
Modern city to the riverside proposed development through
historical fabric with tourist oriented planning objectives and theme
of Natanz’s historical urban design.

NCET Centre, Isfahan, Iran

This project is an urban planning, urban design and architectural
project, has been done with the assistance of Natanz Municipality.
The allocation, function and design of the project has been decided
in respect to the needs and land use plan of the Natanz City.
This project consists of a cinema, library, workshop, museum,
gallery, a hostel and recreational facilities in the historical fabric of
Natanz city. concept of the project is Persian Garden and its
elements.

Zavareh Historic City, Isfahan, Iran

Revitalization of Zavareh Historic City was the goal of this project. Here a
modification on public transportation among with road and access
network planning helped the historic city to become time-control pedestrian
zone. On the other hand for conservation and revitalization of old fabric a
new land-use has proposed for the historic city among with needs and
demands of the historic city.

Residential Complex, Lavasan, Iran

Lavasan Residential Complex is a community designed for
families about 20 minutes drive from Tehran, providing a bigger
space with better facilities. This complex designed to home
families with its one to four bedroom townhouse base designed
apartments.

Ladan Apartment, Tehran, Iran

Ladan apartment, a four story residential
building, designed to home families with its
studio to four bedroom duplex flats. The unique
design of this apartment enable residences to
have an access to a private courtyard for each
household, these mostly rooftop courtyards are
the residences’ little heavens.

Lavasan Art Shopping Centre, Iran

The two-story small shopping centre of
Lavasan is designed specially for art
facilities among with a roof gallery and a
small theater. This art shopping centre is
facilitating shoppers with its prime location
and unique shops .

Asplundh Expansion & University

Asplundh Library Expansion and university competition
held in 2007 and our team’s design focused in
maximizing the usage of the existing appendix
buildings and in respect to the original design of the
Asplundh library itself.

Management Departments. As a junior student of
architecture, I have won the IAU’s (Dubai branch) campus
design.

industry can support residences of this beautiful,
unique & forgotten village , 35 km south west of
Hamedan city. To motivate residences and as a
hostel-base eco tourism destination a module
has introduced to convert old workshop rooms
in the houses to the bed and breakfast facilities
for travelers who are visiting this heavenly village
.
