Custom Jewelry Order Form Please note that all custom orders require a minimum $10 non refundable down payment if the order is not paid in full at time of order placement. This is to prevent loss on my part in the even of a cancellation of an order. The better you describe what it is that you want, the better I can make something that you will love! If you are paying by money order, please allow time for me to receive it before shipping. If there is a deadline for when you need your order by, please let me know at time of order placement. Please, if you opt to pay the $10 down payment, please be able to pay the remaining balance with 2-3 business days of my notifying you that your order is completed.
