More room.
And the tools an archive needs.
A free account is enough to store, to read and to send. Pro adds what an archive needs in order to last, and it adds room and higher limits.

What the subscription is for
Pro adds public links that never expire, folders shared with the people you work with, the API and the MCP connector, webhooks, scheduled exports, the full preview of a long document, and priority in the processing queue.
Six things a free account does not do
Every line below is held by a guard in the portal. What the tier does is what those guards allow, and this page writes down only that.
Permanence
A public link that never expires. On a free account a link stops after seven days.
People
Invite someone into a folder by email, with their own rights to read, to upload or to edit.
Automation
API tokens, webhooks, the MCP connector for AI assistants, and scheduled exports of a folder.
Room
250 GB instead of 1 GB, under fair use.
Uploads
Up to 8 GB per file, and 100 files at a time instead of 10.
Limits
Folders, notes, QR codes and public shares become unlimited, instead of 50, 100, 50 and 10.
What happens when the subscription ends
Nothing is deleted. You keep reading and downloading everything you have stored, and the public links you have already created keep working. What stops is creating more: new files once you are back over the free quota, new API tokens, new invitations to a folder. That is deliberate: a service that holds your documents should never hold them hostage.
Worth knowing before you subscribe
How much is it?
€19 a month, or €190 a year for 250 GB, which is two months free.
Does it unlock features?
Yes. Permanent public links, shared folders, the API, webhooks, the MCP connector, scheduled exports and the full preview of long documents come with Pro. The archive itself, the QR codes, the notes, the drop page and the toolbox are on every account, free ones included.
What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
They stay, and you keep reading and downloading them. Only adding more stops.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. The toolbox works without one.
