The Pro account covers 250 GB under fair use, on the infrastructure shared by all our customers. Beyond that volume, or when your documents must not sit alongside those of other organisations, we install a copy of PDF Archive that holds only yours.
It is managed: installation, updates and backups are on us, and you have no server to administer. The service stays the one you know, with the same screens and the same tools.
The price depends on the volume and on your constraints, so it is quoted on request. A dedicated instance does not include French health data certification: uploading personal health data stays excluded.
Worth knowing
Monthly or yearly?
Whichever you prefer. The yearly subscription (190 euros) works out at about 15.80 euros a month, which is two months free. You can move from one to the other whenever you want.
Is there any commitment?
None. Cancel whenever you like; on the monthly plan, Pro access carries on until the end of the month already paid for.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers in France, inside the EU. Your documents do not leave; only a few technical services (payment, email) may sit outside the EU, with no access to their content. GDPR compliant.
Who handles my card payment?
Payment is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified): PDF Archive never sees and never stores your card. For a monthly subscription, Stripe keeps your payment method for the life of the subscription in order to handle the renewal; you can cancel at any time. The yearly subscription also renews automatically every year, and can be cancelled at any time as well.
I hold one of the older yearly tiers. What happens to me?
Nothing changes. Your price and your storage are kept for as long as you hold the tier, and it renews at the same terms. Those tiers are simply no longer offered to new accounts.
What happens if I stop my subscription?
Your files stay reachable and none is deleted. Only the quota and the limits of the Pro account go back to the free level. If your documents then exceed the free quota, you can still read them and download them, but you cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit.
