One handout,
one link.

Your course materials live behind a link you give to the class. You update the document, the link stays the same, and you close it when the course ends. On servers in France.

§ 01 What it changes 06 properties

Publish once, hand out for years

One link per handout

The handout lives behind a link you give to the class. No attachment, no version travelling on its own.

Handed out again next year

The same address serves the following group. You update the document without the link changing.

Open to whoever you choose

A password on the link, an end date, or both. The handout closes when the course stops.

The course in order

Outline, chapters, exercises, papers: the whole year in one folder, each handout at its date.

You know whether it is read

The number of times a share was opened and downloaded is shown on its page.

Hosted in France

Servers in France, GDPR compliant: your materials and your students’ data do not leave the EU.

§ 02 The problem 03 cases on file

The handout travels faster than you do

01

“I have last year’s version.”

An attachment goes out and lives its own life. Behind a link there is only one version, the one you updated.

02

“I hand everything out again, every year.”

The same course goes out to every new group. The link does not change, so you do not redo the distribution.

03

“The exam paper must not get out.”

A password on the link, an end date, and the handout closes by itself once the exam is over.

A year of handouts, in one place

A folder from the demonstration archive, captured exactly as it stands in the account area. The documents are made up for the example; the screen is the real one.

Archiving teaching materials: the scheme of work, the chapter handouts, the problem sheets and the exam paper of one course, filed by date.

§ 04 Collecting work One link
Rev.I

One link for the whole class

Assignments, permission slips, signed forms: one link, nothing to create at the other end, and nothing lost between two messages.

01

Given once, valid all year

One drop page under your own name, handed out in September and good until June.

02

No account for a family

They open the link, they send the file. Pupils and parents have nothing to sign up for.

03

Dated as it arrives

Every document arrives with its date and the name it was sent under, in one place rather than in a thread.

How receiving files works →

§ 05 How it works 03 steps

Three steps

Step 1

One folder per course

The outline, the chapters, the exercises and the papers, together.

Step 2

Publish the handout

A public link, with a password if you need one, that you paste into your course space.

Step 3

Use it again every year

You replace the content, the link stays the same, the next class reaches it.
