Position Description
We are seeking a financial analyst to join the investment team within Broad Street. The Financial Analyst will work
closely with seniorlevel executives in all aspects of the asset management and acquisitions processes. This is an
opportunity to contribute meaningful input into the decisionmaking process of a growing company. The Financial
Analyst will benefit from a flat organizational structure and exposure to multiple facets of the industry while learning
from toplevel real estate veterans.
Duties and Responsibilities
� Analyze and underwrite acquisition opportunities including pro forma financial analysis, lease review, and
detailed due diligence of property financials, environmental and engineering reports, market data, and other
pertinent information.
� Assist with portfolio oversight including property performance, leasing activity, market research, and compliance
with lender requirements.
� Participate in lease negotiation with current and prospective tenants in conjunction with the leasing team.
� Assist with the assemblage of investment memoranda to the firm’s investment committee and investor base.
� Develop relationships with third party brokers in obtaining market information and uncovering both acquisition
opportunities and tenant prospects.
