teachers,!and!bus!drivers),!your!school!can!get!a!sneak!peek!at!the!inspirational!show!that!
has!been!performed!for!thousands.!The!show!will!not!only!give!your!students!a!taste!of!the!
thrill!of!live!entertainment,!but!will!also!demonstrate!one!of!the!ways!they!can!become!
musically!involved!in!their!schools.!We!provide!a!completely!unique!brand!of!
entertainment!that!your!students!are!sure!to!love!and!be!inspired!by.!The!preview!show!is!
performed!just!for!you;!it!is!not!open!to!the!public.!!

The!cast!of!the!Ball!State!University!Singers!(singer/dancers,!band!members,!and!

fives,!handshakes,!answering!questions,!and!interacting!with!the!students.!This!allows!the!
students!the!chance!to!get!to!know!our!names!and!faces!and!get!them,!as!well!as!us,!excited!
for!the!show!!We!want!to!show!them!the!joys!of!becoming!involved!in!school!and!working!
creatively/cooperatively!with!others,!whether!it!be!singing!and!dancing!onstage,!playing!

ARRIVING'ON'CAMPUS'
'
If!you!are!arriving!by!school!bus,!please!plan!to!unload!in!the!Emens!Circle!Drive!off!
of!Riverside!Avenue.!There!will!be!traffic!patrol!to!direct!you.!Since!several!schools!
will!be!arriving!simultaneously,!we!ask!that!the!students!be!ready!to!unload!buses!
immediately!upon!arrival.!!

BUS'DRIVERS'
'
Directions!to!Emens!Auditorium!can!be!found!on!the!Ball!State!University!website.!
The!Emens!staff!has!requested!that!all!bus!drivers!remain!with!their!buses!until!
dismissed!by!a!University!Police!officer.!Buses!will!unload!students!at!the!circle!
drive!off!Riverside!Avenue,!cycle!through!to!a!holding!lot!set!up!just!off!campus,!and!
then,!once!all!students!have!been!unloaded,!they!will!be!reSstaged!at!the!Emens!
circle!drive!in!preparation!for!dismissal.!!

The!show!will!begin!promptly!at!9:30AM.!The!cast!of!the!University!Singers!will!be!
positioned!throughout!Emens!Auditorium!before!and!after!the!show!to!greet!you!
and!your!students.!

University!Police!and!the!Emens!Auditorium!staff!will!conduct!dismissal!from!
Emens!Auditorium.!We!anticipate!the!last!group!leaving!the!auditorium!no!later!
