1. Welcome  
2. Police  Update:  Robbery  2/9  by  Max  Downtown;  2  car  breaks  and  1  reported  stolen  car  but  it  was  
found  undamaged  and  intact  
3. Minutes  accepted  from  January;  C.  Ortiz  1st  and  M.  DiBella  2nd    
4. Board  update:   Vacancy  (Tom  Nenortas’s  seat)    
a. Robin  Zaleski  nominated  to  fill  seat  by  J.  Gordon  and  seconded  by  C.  Sicbaldi.  Passed  on  
a  voice  vote  
5. Committee  Update:  
a. Communications:    
i. Robin  created  a  facebook  page  for  the  NRZ-­‐  everyone  should  go  out  and  like  it  
and  post  photos  and  updates  
ii. Robin  will  also  be  taking  over  publishing  and  creating  the  newsletter;  all  future  
content  should  be  sent  to  her  and/  or  Jodi  or  Judy  
iii. Progressive  Dinner  Update:  March  29;  website  is  up  to  purchase  tickets  $25  per  
ticket  and  guests  should  bring  a  bottle  of  wine  for  the  host  
b. Committee  Structure  update:  
i. Judy  explained  the  new  structure  and  requested  that  every  board  member  
should  sign  up  for  a  committee  and  passed  around  a  sign  up  sheet.  
6. Old  News/  New  News  
a. Buckingham  Square  Park  cleanup:  goal  is  to  plan  something  for  early  spring  when  snow  
has  melted;  stay  tuned  for  a  sign  up  and  detail  
b. Maybe  do  a  neighborhood  clean  up  or  use  “great  American  clean  up”  for  Buckingham  
Square  
c. The  city  of  Hartford  is  looking  to  make  changes  to  the  zoning  plans  and  there  are  
upcoming  meetings  for  the  public  to  learn  more  about  it
