The General Assembly,
Deeply concerned with the devastating effects of the current great war,
Alarmed the rapid expansionism and unhindered growth by the Russian Empire, and the resulting
strength of the Russo-German alliance,
Emphasizing the role Russian and German belligerence played in starting the war,
Noting Sweden's justified need for expansion,
1. Congratulates the valiant war effort displayed by Great Britain, Spain, the Ottoman Empire and
2. Condemns Russia's aggressive expansionism in general,
3. Proposes that Sweden is given the entirety of Iceland in exchange for giving their Canadian
provinces to Great Britain, to eliminate border friction,
4. Invites Sweden to a defensive alliance against Russo-German aggression,
5. Demands the following:
a) Russia is to cede the following provinces to Sweden upon the end of the war:
b) Germany is to cede the following provinces to Sweden upon end of the war:
c) Russia is to cede the following province to Ming upon the end of the war, for the sake of
d) Germany and Russia ends their current alliance and are not to enter into a new one for at
least a hundred (100) years,
e) Germany and Russia are each to pay a sum of one thousand (1000) ducats as war
reparations to each of Great Britain, Spain, the Ottoman Empire and France over a period of
f) Russia is to cease it's expansion into the Chinese and Indian regions.
