Dragi ĉitaoci,
pred vama je rezultat svih recepta koji su stigli za nagradnu igru Tradicionalno Srpski.
Ovde koristim priliku da se zahvalim svima koji su recepte poslali i naravno da ĉestitam pobednicima tri
osvojene nagrade.

Sneţana Kitanović,za fantastiĉne recepte ima ih popriliĉan broj , Magazin Taste,naša meseĉna biblija sa divnim
receptima.

Zahvaljujem se i ĉlanovima ţirija u Beogradu ,Aleksandri i Jeleni na uloţenom trudu i volontiranju na zaista teškom
poslu.

I na kraju velika zahvalnost ide i Srdjanu Ĉebiĉu,koji je iz pozadine ispratio sve ovo vezano za informatiku,koja ipak
nije isto što i lonac u koji se ja bolje razumem.
Knjiţica u pdf formatu je takodje njegovo delo i zato ide veliko HVALA

I ipak na kraju ja sam najveći pobednik da uţivam i imam sve ove recepte na jednom mestu.

177. Musaka od pečenih paprika

Potrebne namirnice:
10 peĉenih paprika, 400gr mlevenog mesa, 200gr pirinĉa, glavica crnog
luka, kašiĉica aleve paprike,peršun,crni biber,kašina vegete i soli po
Peĉene paprike (crvene), oljuštiti i oĉistiti od semena pa poredjati na dno
vatrostalne ĉinije.Zatim dodati nadev ( koji se priprema kao za punjene
paprike)pa opet red peĉenih paprika.
Naliti vodom i peći u rerni na 200 C pola sata. Zatim preliti umućenim
