Though we have blocked off rooms in each of
these hotels, please make your reservation as
early as possible. This is a busy time of year and
accomodations may be limited.

A very limited number of on-campus,
shared, two-bedroom dormitory suites with 2 single beds in each bedroom are available on a first-come
first-served bases for $105/night/bed. This price
is based on one person in each bedroom. If two
people wish to share
sha one bedroom with two single
beds, the price is $83/night/person.
You can choose the dorm option through the
registration process and provide a roommate
request while supplies last. If you choose the
dorm option and all rooms have been reserved,
your name will be added to a waiting list.

Since public transportation to the Dominican
University of California Campus is unavailable,
we have provided a short list of airport shuttles.

Wireless Internet Access will be provided in
all classrooms and in most campus indoor
and outdoor locations. Please bring your own
laptop and charger. The login information will
be provided onsite. Power strips will be avail-

able in classrooms and most common areas.

Walking: Although the SHARKFEST conference sessions are happening in the same
vicinity as the parking, Keynotes and meals,
there will be some walking involved and some
steps to negotiate. If you have any special

From the North: Take Highway 101s to Central
San Rafael exit. Turn left on Grand Avenue and
travel approx. one mile to Acacia Avenue.
From the East: Interstate 580 to Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.
Follow signs to Highway 101 North and take the Central San
Rafael exit. Turn right on Second Street. Turn left on Grand
Avenue and travel one mile to Acacia Avenue.
From the South: Highway 101 N accross Golden Gate Bridge
to the Central San Rafael exit. Turn right on Second Street.
Turn left on Grand Avenue and travel one mile to Acacia
Avenue.
Free parking will be available for all attendants on campus
near the Grand Avenue entrance. All major rental car
companies are represented at both the San Francisco and
Oakland International Airports. Parking costs vary at
the hotels.
