“ProjectDEOR” Training Project KA1 , Limassol, Cyprus 24 – 31 October 2014
General Information:
The “ProjectDEoR” is a project that aims to provide support, training and knowledge to
organizations which are involved with youngsters / youth, to youth workers, trainers and project
managers regarding the dissemination and exploitation of results in international youth
programmes like Erasmus + or other similar programmes for a successful implementation.
Participants:
During the implementation of this project, people from 8 EU countries (Bulgaria, Cyprus,
Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Slovakia ) will come together, a total number of
28 persons (3 per country) for 7 days. Participants will be people who work with young people
like youth workers, trainers / facilitators of project managers for organizations, between 18 – 30.
Please keep in mind that there is a gender balance policy so your team should include both
gender. The participants will have the chance to exchange good practices, new and innovative
activities, concepts, ideas etc., regarding the exploitation and dissemination of results in
international programmes.
Furthermore, participants will explore and learn new / multiple ways, techniques, tools for a
successful disseminating and exploiting the results of an international programme like Erasmus
+ or other similar programmes.
Activities:
The activities of the project that are designed to be implemented include active role playing
games, case studies, scenarios, communication and multiplication strategies, theory, team
building activities, teamwork activities, activities for sharing experience, tools and techniques
regarding the dissemination and the exploitation of results etc.
After the implementation of this project, the participants will have gained all the needed
knowledge, experience, trainings and tools needed in order to design and implement youth
projects and be able to identify and consider the facts of dissemination and exploitation of
results as major concepts for the success of the projects.
