Alle Zutaten in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze unter Rühren rösten. Wenn aromatisch duftet, ist
es gut.
Abkühlen lassen und mit einer Küchenmaschine (Kaffeemühle) klein mahlen und in Gläser
abfüllen.
