This 30 day challenge is a fun way to jump start your healthy living lifestyle. It is
designed for you to make gradual changes to a healthier you. Ready? Let’s go!
1. Walk/run a total of 60 miles in 30 days.
2. In the 30 days, complete 20 of the items from the list below (check off one per day).
3. Share your progress on Instagram, Facebook, and/or Twitter to inspire others. Tag
4. When done, visit www.funfitca.com to let us know you’ve completed the challenge and to
be entered into our monthly drawing for a FunFIT tote bag.

Step Up Your Physical Activity:
Have Fun With Walking:

◽ ️Get a friend to join with you.
◽ ️ 50 Crunches
◽ ️ Walk during your work break.
◽ ️ 20 Squats
◽ ️ Join or host a walking group.
◽ ️ 20 Lunges
◽ ️ Track your progress with a pedometer, fit band,
◽ ️ 15 sec Plank
or apps (Nike Running, Runkeeper)
Clean Up Your Diet:
◽ ️ Make your walk a family fun activity.
◽ ️ Eat whole wheat. No white or refined grains.
◽ ️ Make it romantic. Take a walk with your partner.
◽ ️ Eat fruit and/or vegetables with every meal.
◽ ️ Change your scenery and walk/run on an
◽ ️ Say no to Fast Food.

◽ ️ Drink 64 oz of water
◽ ️ Skip the salt, flavor food with herbs, spices, or citrus
◽ ️ Skip the refined sugar and artificial sweeteners.

◽ ️ Give yourself a $1 reward for every mile of
walking/running. 60 miles = $60. Buy yourself a
present after the challenge!
