Royal Leamington Spa CC Kit FAQ 
What items do you offer, when and at what cost? 
Contrary to many clubs we offer 3 orders for club kit a year, a Spring, Summer and Autumn order 
meaning you are never too far away from an order. We do however need a minimum quantity of 10 
of each item before we can order it, this means some items are only ordered once per year.

What sizes does in the kit come in and are there samples? 
The Bike Yard have two samples of a Jersey (M & XL) and a pair of Bib Shorts (L) for you to try on. 
Use the Jersey to size the Winter Jacket and DH Jersey (order the same size as you would for the 
Jersey in the slim fit). 
The size of the kit ranges from XS to 5XL for adults, and from heights of 116cm to 165cm for 
children. Have a look over the tables below to find you perfect size. 
As a rough guide, the jerseys are the same fit as Castelli (silm fit) and the bibs should be judged on 
your height.

How do I order kit? 
To make an order you simply have to fill out an online form detailing the items you want and the size 
you wish. Just visit RLS CC online, head to Membership & Kit then Club Kit, alternatively follow the 
link below.

Can I order with the Bike Yard? 
All orders need to go through our online ordering system, if you would like to place an order at the 
shop please ask at the desk to see if they can go through the online form with you. 

Can I order kit if I’m not a member? 
Unfortunately not, club kit is exclusively a members’ benefit, your details will be checked against our 
database to ensure you are a member but you can easily become a member.  

When will I be charged for my kit? 
In the few days after the orders have closed you will receive an invoice which will detail all the items 
you have ordered, the cost and details on how to pay. 

Can I pay at the Bike Yard? 
Unfortunately not, please wait to receive the invoice and pay directly to RLS CC. 

How long with the kit take? 
The lead times on item vary as does the time of the year we order, once you have received an 
invoice the order has been finalised and has been placed. We expect to take between 3 and 6 weeks 
with the longer lead time for orders in Spring.  

How can I collect my kit?  
When the kit has been received and we have received full payment you will receive an email letting 
you know it is ready for collection at the Bike Yard.  

Why don’t we stock items? 
We like to think that 3 order a year never leaves you too far away from placing an order with us. 
With a minimum order quantity of 10 of each item we would too often run out of a specific size, it 
would leave large amounts of club funding tied up in kit restricting the club on future expenditure. 
Previously this expenditure has helped to provide members’ benefits and fund coaching.
