I have been working for Apple for over 5 years in many different capacities. My core
strengths are training, peer-to-peer relationships, driving results, functional/technical skills
and motivating others. I am known for my positive attitude and I am never afraid to tackle
a new experience or opportunity.

Education
FullSail University — Bachelors of Science in Mobile Software Development, will be
completed in May 2015. Current GPA: 3.68
University of South Florida - General Business Administration - 2005-2008

Skills
Software Development: I am in school for Mobile Software development and have
experience with primarily Objective-C and Java. Xcode and Android Studio were used as
the developer tools. Classes would require various projects focusing on a wide-range of
mobile technologies and design. Troubleshooting and problem-solving were self-driven
and little direction was given. This allowed for skills to be developed in regards to timemanagement and gathering resources to complete projects each week. All aspects of
mobile design and development were taught, including focuses on UI, UX, and the
lifecycle of a mobile application.
Web Development: Part of my degree program focused on web development and I am
comfortable with CSS and HTML.
Presentation: I routinely present to new Managers at Apple. I must present the vision and
purpose of BOH at Apple in a way that is fun and engaging. I have received very high
feedback regarding my presentation styles and it's effectiveness.
Training: I did the Inventory Trainer CE from 2011-2012. I was responsible for training any
newly hired Inventory Specialists in my Market. This CE allowed me to develop my training
skills and give me the experience to convey what BOH means to Apple.
Developing Others: I have been able to train those under me to get the positions they
were striving for. Using feedback conversations and providing them the experiences they
were seeking, I was able to get others to where they wanted to go in Apple.

Experience
INVENTORY SPECIALIST, APPLE, INC.; BOSTON, MA — 2013-2014

I currently work at the Flagship Apple Store in downtown Boston. With revenues over
$100million and in the top 5 highest volume stores in North America, working at this store
provides extraordinary challenges. Constant multitasking and communication are
necessary to ensure the store meets its results. I play an integral part in the Leadership
team when it comes to planning for large events or launches, as well as everyday tasks like
leading sales floors and providing feedback to my peers.
INVENTORY SPECIALIST, APPLE, INC.; DEDHAM, MA — 2013-2014

I moved to the Legacy Place store to assist with the Manager Fundamentals classes that
were beginning to take place at that location. Along with my standard IS duties, I would
actively participate and lead the BOH Manager Fundamentals Day where I was responsible
for clearly and effectively communicating the Vision and Purpose of BOH at Apple. I also
had to lead training that revolved around processes and procedures.

My role as an IS was a very diverse and ever-changing one. I was responsible for meeting
the Inventory goals set forth by Apple, as well as motivating and developing my BOH
team. I was also responsible for training anyone in the store on BOH process and
procedures. I would routinely partner with and present to the Management team what our
BOH team was working on and what areas of opportunity we had. I would have to ensure
all required Apple processes are completed at the highest possible level.

As a BOH Specialist, I was required to complete all daily tasks set forth by Apple, as well as
be a resource for anyone in the store to come to. I was able to develop interpersonal
savvy and problem solving skills to quickly handle any situation that was presented to me.
I had to relay complex processes and procedures to other areas of the store in a way that
would be relevant to the individual and provide them with the correct information to
execute their job to the fullest.
