DESCRIPTION:
Course Hero's Internship Program allows top students to follow in our CEO's footsteps and lead the
development of Course Hero at their school. Interns will work with friends and fellow students to ensure that
we provide a great collection of academic documents for the most popular courses and majors at their
university. Interns will also build the Course Hero brand on campus and guide key marketing initiatives to help
us better connect with their campus and community.
Course Hero is the #1 online learning platform, and with funding and advisory from top investors (including the
founders of YouTube, StubHub, and Google, and early stage investors in Twitter, Foursquare, and PayPal), we
are now looking for great, passionate, driven leaders to help us build an amazing resource for their school!
DETAILS:
• Location: In this remote internship, interns work from their own campus - you won't need to travel to
an outside office or location
• Internship Length: 8 weeks, with opportunities for extension and promotion
• Hours Per Week: Flexible, interns can work as little as 5 hours and as many as 30 hours per week
• Paid: Yes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the development of Course Hero on campus and show classmates how they can help strengthen
the academic resource we provide for your school by uploading their study documents
• Spread awareness about our Knowledge Drive initiative which donates 1 book to Books for Africa for
every 10 documents that students upload. We have donated over 200,000 books to date!
• Guide key marketing initiatives and help inform your campus about how Course Hero is working to
serve the academic community.
• Serve as a product and brand expert, and show friends and classmates the academic resources and
technology that Course Hero provides to help them study smarter!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Interest in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, communication, and/or technology
• Ability to effectively communicate and connect with others
• Driven to do something amazing for the world of education both here and abroad
• Current student living on or near campus
