Pakistan Day Parade of NJ is a non-profit, community organization holding its largest parade in the state of New
Jersey. The purpose of this event to bridge the gap between Pakistani community and other communities and to
show case the Pakistani Heritage and Culture to main stream America. The Parade is expected to bring residents,
businesses, organizations and the community together to celebrate the rich heritage & culture of PakistaniAmericans. Floats, food & beverage stalls, gift carts and live music featuring famous Pakistani artists are the
highlights of this event. Floats will march from Oak Tree Rd, Edison Township to the heart of Woodbridge
Township. This event is being advertised in New Jersey, New York & in PA on all forms of social, print and
electronic media for over 1 Million viewers. Promotional campaigns are making their way throughout the
community and is expected to bring very high number of attendees.

I, the applicant have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of this package, the
Vendor Agreement, Rules and Regulations, and Vendor Application. In addition, I, expressly
release the organizer PAKISTAN DAY PARADE OF NJ INC and the owner of the show sites (venue) from
all liability of theft, damage, injury or loss to any persons, property or goods, which may
arise from the licensing and occupation of exhibition space from PAKISTAN DAY PARADE OF NJ INC.

and Regulations, and Vendor Application, indicating my acceptance of all of the terms and

RULES, REGULATIONS & VENDOR AGREEMENT
!
1) All vendors are required to maintain their booths during the normal business hours of the Fair i.e. 2:00 PM to
9:00 PM.

!
!
!

2) All vendors must check in at the Registration Booth prior to setting up their booths.
3) Loading and Unloading
a. Unloading will start at 11:30 PM sharp or earlier
b. All unloading must be completed by 1:30 PM
c. All vehicles must be removed by 2:30 PM from the Fair ground and parked
d. Vendors arriving after 2:30 PM will not be permitted to unload their in the parking area exhibits under any
circumstances. Violation will be dealt strictly and vehicle removed at owner’s expense and a fine of $300 will be
imposed on the offenders.
e. No vehicle will be allowed on the Fair Ground once the Fair starts.

!

4) All vendors should insure their items/exhibits against loss or damage from any cause(s) whatsoever. Pakistan
Parade of NJ INC will not be liable for the safety and/or preservation of the exhibit material from fire, accident, theft
or any loss or any other cause whatsoever. Vendors are also responsible for the delivery, handling and removal of
their own display items and items to be sold.

5) Booth sharing is not allowed under any circumstance. Defaulters would be disqualified for future events.
6) Clean up of booths and removal of all displayed items including banners is the sole responsibility of the vendor,
failing which may result in the deduction all or part of the deposit amount. All vendors must ensure that Pakistan
Day Parade of NJ INC representative inspects their booth and they obtain certificate to this effect. All vendors must
show/present such certificate prior to the refund of the deposit(s) amount.

7) Pakistan Day Parade of NJ INC assumes no responsibility or liability in case of
a. loss, theft, damage or destruction of any sign or banner at the Fair.

!

8) Pakistan Day Parade of NJ INC will make all possible efforts to provide service including the installation of any
electric points (when requested) to all the vendors but is not responsible for late installation or any interruption in
power services that may be beyond the control of ____________________.
