Baked Goods: We try our best to cater to special diets
and allergies. Although we follow professional
standards when it comes to cleanliness and cross
contamination, we can't guarantee foods to be allergen
free in our home/farm based kitchen. We do however
have many customers and family who have allergies
(especially gluten) that can vouch that they have never
had any reactions to our products. This is because of our
strong desire that everyone should have great tasting
products that make them feel healthy and happy.

Homegrown Produce: We are a proud member of the
Minnesota Grown program. Our produce is not certified
organic (expensive to do so!), but we follow even stricter
standards, our own. We start with non-gmo (often
heirloom/organic) seeds. Then we use only organic
fertilizers and if nature cooperates- rain, otherwise well
water from a local aquifer. We finish off by only using
natural pest and weed controls (which usually means
"by hand").

Dairy Free

Organic/Natural Soap: We love making small batch
organic and natural soaps. No animal products are used
in our soap, only things like coconut oil, palm and olive
oil, and of course exotic oils. We fragrance our soaps
using only essential oil (no fake stuff!). Recipes vary, but
we love to hear your feedback- or requests!!
