Your main tasks:

Best Practice Analysis of companies regarding the processes and tools implemented for
supplier management (supplier portal, eTender, risk management, sustainability, etc. )
Analyze and define the best practice partners for HeidelbergCement
Develop, conduct and analyze interviews with the best Practice Partners
Assist the project management team in the development of the concept for
HeidelbergCement

Requirements:

You finanlized your Bachelor Degree in business administration or computer science
You are currently studying business administration or computer science in a Master
program.
Preferable first professional experiences in an operation or staff function
High apprehension, independent mode of operation, analytic analysis of problems, high
level of individual responsibility
Precise in analyzing and structured in terms of working manner
Ability to work in a team, in a self-motivated and flexible way towards agreed objectives
Ability to achieve acceptance and to communicate professionally with colleagues and
external stakeholders in different areas and hierarchies
Computer proficiency: Very good Microsoft office knowledge
Excellent English skills preferred
