How to embed a video on CBS Learn
1. Open Chrome or Firefox (you can only embed in CBS Learn using Chrome or Firefox) and find the
video you want to imbed from Mediaspace, Youtube, Vimeo etc.

followed by Embed
Select the player skin and size that you prefer (typically 640 x 360)
Copy the embed code
Open your course in CBS Learn
Click Turn editing on
8. Click Add an activity or resource
9. Select Folder or Label in the pop-up window (the folder option is more discrete than label, cf.
below)
Label:
Select Label -> Click Add
Select Show editing tools in the General window
Click the HTML icon
Paste the embed code -> Click Update and Save and return to course
(Videos cannot be played in Chrome on CBS Learn so to view your video you need to open IE or Safari)
Folder:
Select Folder -> click Add
Enter a name in the General window
Click Show editing tools -> HTML icon
Paste the embed code -> click Update and Save and return to course
Again open IE or Safari to view video (click folder to view video)
