2015-16 PRESIDENTIAL CITATION
FOR ROTARACT CLUBS
How does your Rotaract club make a difference in the world? To qualify for the 2015-16 Presidential Citation, Rotaract clubs
must complete two mandatory activities and at least three additional activities between 1 July 2015 and 1 April 2016 (unless
otherwise specified).
The clubs’ accomplishments will be verified by Rotary data after the deadline. No exceptions to the deadline will be granted,
and no forms or reports should be submitted to Rotary International.
Rotaract club presidents will be able to track their clubs’ progress toward each of the citation’s goals by signing in to
Rotary.org after 1 July 2015. They are responsible for regularly checking that progress and verifying the accuracy of RI’s data.
Any discrepancies should be brought to RI’s attention immediately.
Sponsor Rotary club presidents and district governors also will be able to track the progress of their Rotaract clubs on
Rotary.org starting on 1 July 2015.
MANDATORY ACTIVITIES (COMPLETE BOTH)
Report yourself as Rotaract club president or report your adviser on Rotary.org.
Confirm the club’s membership roster on Rotary.org by completing and saving the Confirm Membership and Contact
Information form available under Club Administration.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES (COMPLETE AT LEAST THREE)
Add or update your club’s meeting location, time, and day, and other information on Rotary.org.
Have at least 15 club members reported on Rotary.org. Members can register themselves by creating an account, or the
Rotaract club president can report them.
Post at least one completed service initiative on Rotary Showcase.
Post a project in need of assistance on Rotary Ideas or contribute to a project there.
Have the club or any of its members contribute (any amount) to either Rotary’s Annual Fund or PolioPlus.
Maintain a club website or social media pages and be sure they are reported on Rotary.org. (Also, be sure your website
and social media accounts comply with Rotary’s visual identity guidelines.)
